evanssion.com is operated by Evanssion FZCO, 201, Techno Hub 2, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. If you use the partner portal under a signed partner agreement, that agreement also applies and prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

You may use the website for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the portal or related systems;
• introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation or security;
• scrape, copy or republish the site's content at scale without our written permission;
• submit false or misleading information, or details of people who have not agreed to be contacted.

The site gives general information about Evanssion, the vendors we represent and the problems their products address. It is not an offer, a quotation or a commitment to supply. Product descriptions, features, availability and third-party figures come from the vendors and are labelled as vendor-stated where they are statistics or claims. Vendor websites and documentation govern product details, and you should check them before you buy. Figures on the Agentic Cyber Services page are labelled baseline, modelled or target. Baseline means measured before agents in an enterprise security estate. Modelled and target figures are projections, not guarantees, and results vary by estate.

The content, design and layout of this site belong to Evanssion or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Vendor names, logos and product names are trademarks of their owners. They appear here only to identify the vendors we represent and do not mean that those owners endorse this site or its content.

• Eligibility: the portal is for partners whose application we have approved. We may approve, refuse or withdraw access at our discretion.
• Accounts: you are responsible for your account, keeping your login details confidential, and for what is done with them. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
• Confidentiality: material in the portal, including pricing, vendor resources and deal information, is confidential and may be used only to sell and support the vendors' products through Evanssion.
• Acceptable use: use the portal only for its intended purpose. Register only genuine opportunities and only contacts you are entitled to share.
• Suspension: we may suspend or end access if these terms or your partner agreement are breached.

The site links to third-party websites, including vendor sites and LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted, and we give no warranty about vendor information.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Evanssion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable there. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your partner agreement says otherwise.
