Evanssion FZCO ("Evanssion", "we", "us") is a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our address is 201, Techno Hub 2, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

• Enquiries and briefing requests: your name, work email, phone number, company, role, country and the message you send.
• Partner and vendor applications: company details, contact details, the vendors and markets you are interested in, and anything else you include in the form.
• Newsletter and event sign-ups: your work email and your consent choice.
• Partner portal accounts: your name, work email, company, login details and the activity needed to run the portal.
• Deal registration: details of the opportunity you register, including the end customer's company and contact details. Please register only contacts you are entitled to share.
• Technical data: basic information sent by your browser when you visit the site, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages requested and the country your request comes from. We use it to keep the site secure and working.

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a briefing or demonstration, and provide the service you asked for. Basis: taking steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
• To assess partner and vendor applications, sign agreements, run the partner programme and the portal. Basis: performance of a contract or steps before one.
• To register deals, protect registered opportunities and connect the right partner, vendor and end customer. Basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interests.
• To send you articles and event invitations. Basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• To protect the site against abuse and spam, including bot checks on our forms. Basis: our legitimate interest in security.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations. Basis: legal obligation.

We apply the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other data protection laws that apply to us.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed:

• Vendors we represent, when you ask about a vendor's products or register a deal that involves them.
• Registered partners, where a registered deal or a customer introduction requires it.
• Service providers that run our website, security and email, including Cloudflare (hosting, delivery and bot protection) and our email delivery provider. They act on our instructions.
• Professional advisers, and courts, regulators or law enforcement where the law requires it.

Our website is delivered through Cloudflare's global network, and our service providers may process data in the UAE or in other countries. Where personal data leaves the UAE, we take steps to make sure it is protected in line with applicable law, for example through contractual safeguards with the provider.

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirement. Enquiry data is kept while the conversation or business relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Partner and deal records are kept for the length of the partner relationship and the period needed to settle any commercial or legal matter. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, give you a copy in a portable format, and stop using it where we rely on your consent. To make a request, email info@evanssion.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will reply within the time the law allows. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country if you are not satisfied with our response.

• Essential: we store your theme choice and your cookie choice in your browser. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. These are needed to run the site and cannot be switched off.
• Analytics: we do not currently set analytics cookies. If we introduce them, they will stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, and you can clear stored data in your browser settings.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and bot protection on our forms. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information that you do not need to share.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change we will say so on this page.
